A real-world asset (RWA) is an asset such as commodities, houses, patents, and factories. These assets have a significant problem of illiquidity. This can be solved by tokenization. At Decoswap the tokenization process involves tokenizing the RWA based on an image. This is minted as an NFT (ERC721) with the image stored on IPFS. Then documents are added for the RWA valuation. These are also minted as NFTs and linked to the RWA image. The completes the tokenization process for the RWA.
